Pastor W.C. Blankenship comes to Nampa, ID from Bakersfield, CA with his wife Cheryl, and two children Garrett and Gage. He has ministered as an Outreach director, Youth Leader, Children's Church director, Sunday School Promotion director, as well as part time prison chaplain for Pastor Leon Frost at Greater Bakersfield First Pentecostal Church.

He has studied Theology at Texas Bible College as well as Cypress Bible Institute.

Pastor Blankenship also holds the position of Section 2 Youth Director and District Sunday School Secretary for the Idaho District UPCI.

Bro. Dan Blankenship is the Assistant to his son, Pastor W. C. Blankenship, as well as an Elder in the Church. Bro. Dan Blankenship comes to us with over twenty-five years of ministry in various forms. He has filled the roles of worship leader, teacher, Home Bible Study facilitator, Outreach Director, and Sunday School Superintendent.

Bro. Fields is our youth director. He fills many roles and is passionate about young people.

Sis. Barbara Blankenship is our Ladies Leader and teaches our Primary Sunday School Class. She along with her Husband, Dan Blankenship, has been used in the ministry of helping people for over twenty-five years. She has filled the roles of Sunday School teacher, Soul Winner, and Ladies Ministry.

Cheryl Blankenship is not only the First Lady of BPC but she is also the Music Director. She has been playing and singing since she was a child. God has used her talent to touch many lives.
